This version of me almost didn’t exist.

I wasn’t born into access.
I didn’t inherit opportunity.
And for a long time, I believed success was for the lucky — the chosen — the ones already in the room.

That belief almost kept me invisible.

I’ve sat in executive boardrooms overseeing entire healthcare systems.
I’ve led care delivery to an entire Prison.
Built businesses from scratch.
Pitched (and bombed) investor meetings.
Quit a high-paying executive role in pursuit of going full throttle in a business venture … and tore my Achilles two weeks later.

And even with all of that — I didn’t let it hold me back.

Until I realised something no one had told me:

You don’t lack potential. You lack infrastructure.

You don’t need another motivational quote.
You need systems.
Strategy.
Execution frameworks that give your ambition structure.

That’s what changed my life.

From being a healthcare executive in high performance boardrooms, leading the delivery of primary health care services to an entire Prison to leading start ups, I’ve learnt this truth:
